1. Keep only Sell In Customer Name = CYBER Z LIMITED
2. Delete SN/IMEI Verification Status containing Self Revocation
3. Delete HOTA blank / 16–30 days / more than 30 days; keep within 15 days
4. Flag duplicate IMEI1 (pink)
4.1 Among current duplicates, delete Field Master, then re-check IMEI1
4.2 Among IMEIs that are still duplicated, delete Submitted by others. If only one row is left after 4.1, keep it.
5. Promoter sales: Count of IMEI1 by Sales Person Name × MKT Name.
6. Fill position Code, Store code, store name, and Region from Position / Store List.
7. Fill supervisior and City manager from Position Rel Store only: keep rows whose Position Duty is Supervisor or City Manager, match PromoterSales Store code to that sheet’s Store Code, and write Position Owner into the two columns. Other duties are ignored. Unmatched cells stay blank.
8. Dashboard: sum IMEI1 units by Region, supervisior, and City manager. Each board has its own download.
